He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Clement and Winifred Robinson Clement; and his wife Carol Ann Touhy Clement. He is survived by: his sons, Ron Clement Jr. (Patricia) of Como, NC and Jason Clement (Ella) of Quakertown, PA; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Clement, William Clement, Anna Clement, Abigail Clement and Ruth Clement.

Memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Lincoln County.
