He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Willard (David) of Vale and Lynn Smith (Roger) of Vale; his siblings, Clyde Costner of Dallas, Pat Rankin of Winnabow, NC, Lois Ingle of Dallas, Sarah Bundy of Dallas and Geraldine Lorraine of Blacksburg, SC; his grandchildren, Tyler Smith of Lincolnton, Amber Willard of Dallas, Zackery Smith of North Dakota and Brett Willard of Vale; and his great grandchildren, Nataleigh Willard, Brayden Willard and Brooks Willard.
