He was predeceased by: his parent Charlie Isaac, Jr.; and his brother Donald Isaac. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Johnson Isaac of Lincolnton; his girlfriend Debra Bailes-Miller; his sons, Chris Miller and Jeff Wyatt of Lincolnton; and his sister Judy Hendrick of Maiden.

Memorials may be made to the Church of God, 107 N. 3rd Street, Maiden N.C. 28650.
