With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Loyd Ridenhour Sr. (Lincolnton, North Carolina), who passed away on December 7, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Winfred Ridenhour and Faye Arey Ridenhour; and his wife Bobbie Jo Hargett Ridenhour. He is survived by: his children, Robert Loyd Ridenhour, Jr. (Claudia) of Charlotte, Jimmy Wayne Ridenhour (Teena) of Stanley, Dawn Renee Simpson of Mt. Pleasant and Grace Rippy (Tony) of Denver; and his sister Jacille Tyner of Atlanta. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
