He was predeceased by: his father Harold "Bud" Duckworth. He is survived by: his wife Kim Duckworth; his mother Doris Hoyle Duckworth; his children, Angie Grantham (David), Stacy Fickling (Tim), Hunter Felkel and Trevor Felkel (Tiffany); his brother Terry Duckworth (Marsha); and his grandchildren, Kate Grantham, Sarah Grantham, Lindsay Grantham, Audrey Felkel and Hank Felkel.

Memorials to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Judes Place, Memphis TN 38105. Rick was a donor and the family would also like to give you the opportunity to make donations to Lifeshares of the Carolinas, P.O. Box 32861, Charlotte, NC 28232.
