He was predeceased by: his uncle Mike Davis. He is survived by: his wife Sherrie Johnson Davis; his daughter Shelby Davis; his parents, Carole Beal Carter (James) of Lincolnton and Randy Davis (Teresa) of Crouse; his brother Kendall Davis of Crouse; his niece Reagan Davis of Crouse; and his parents-in-law, Ronald and Patricia Johnson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Warlick Funeral Home (125 Dave Warlick Dr, Lincolnton, NC 28092). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel (125 Dave Warlick Dr, Lincolnton, NC 28092).
