She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard (Lithia Polk) and Patricia; her children, Michael Ward, Johnny Ward, Eddie Ward and Teresa Ann Mintz; and her siblings, Janet Coffey, Linda Ward and Benjamin Polk.
She is survived by: her children, Hanckel Ward, Jeffery Ward and Schanda Ward; her siblings, Mary Blackman, Peggy Sheets (Gene) and D. L. Polk (Carolyn); her grandsons, Scott, Timothy, Matthew, Josh, Joseph, Nathan and Braxton; and her great grandchildren, Carson Mintz and Austin Medlin.
