She is survived by: her children, David Conner (Ruthie) of Vale, Mary Ann Detter (Ricky) of Lincolnton and Kim Gates (Harvey) of Lincolnton; her sisters, Bernice Allen of Marion, VA and Nancy Skinner of Hickory; her grandchildren, Russell Conner (Erin), Callie Carpenter (Billy), Jeremy Detter (Hannah) and Jeffrey Detter; and her great grandchildren, Logan Carpenter (Carson), Caleb Carpenter, Amelia Detter and Lucy Detter.
