He is survived by: his son Frank Nolen of Troutman; his siblings, Larry Nolen of Denver, Neil Nolen of Virginia, Mary Lee Lawson, Vanessa and Margaret Tallent; his grandchildren, Linda Hawkins, Terry "Bo" Nolen, Corey Nolen, Matt Nolen, Eric Nolen, Jessica Nolen, Gabe Nolen, Ryan Nolen and Aaron Nolen; and his great grandchildren, Jacob Hawkins, Clay Hawkins, Autumn Hawkins, Breley Hawkins, Mason Nolen, Bradley Nolen, Kinsley Nolen, Aubree Nolen and Braxton Nolen.
