He is survived by: his wife Leona Carpenter Ormand; his children, Kimberly Hopper (Billy) of Lincolnton, Lisa Ormand Thornton (Dale) of Lincolnton, Kenny Ormand (Lynn) of Lincolnton and Jeffery Ormand of Conover; his grandchildren, Lauren Ormand Lawing (Chris) of Lincolnton, Michael Pendleton, Brittany Ormand Carroll (Grayson), Noah Pendleton, Katie Pendleton, Skylar Lafferty and Christian McKinney; his great grandchild Weston Lawing; and his close friend Ted. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
