She is survived by: her husband William Deaton; her daughters, Denita Cook (Bobby) of Lawndale and Kristian Deaton (James Richardson); and her siblings, Scott Bumgardner of Maiden, Gene Bumgardner of Bessemer City and Tonda Kellum of Jacksonville, NC.
