She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Moody and Frances Kaylor Moody; her husband Steve Castillo; her son Scott Young; and her siblings, Judy Moody, Patricia Upton, Betty Jo Moody and Sonny Moody.
She is survived by: her children, Travis Caudle, Robin Frye (Raymond) of Lincolnton and Melissa Caudle of Vale; her brother Edney Moody of Valdese; her grandchildren, Marcus Cook, Seth Cook, Koda Castillo, Canyun Castillo, Bethany Caudle, Michael Young and Justin Young; and her great grandchildren, Rogan Cook, McKenna Cook, Stephen Castillo, Blayse Castillo, Devin Castillo and Kimberly Frye.
