She is survived by: her mother Ella Perry Starcher (Larry Starcher) of Ripley, WV; her close friend Merland Story; her daughters, Destiney Allen of Lincolnton and Sabrina Story of Lincolnton; her siblings, Nathan Miller, James Parsons (Michelle) of Chauncey, OH, Virgil Parsons (Patty) of Ripley, WV, Tina Morris (Greg) of Columbus, OH and Andra Barnhouse of Athens, OH; her stepsiblings, Ricky Starcher (Amber) of Teachey, NC, Christopher Starcher (Lisa) of Ripley, WV and Amanda Williams of Rose Hill, NC; and her grandchildren, Ellie Long and Grayson Long.
