She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Hatcher and Laura Ann Stafford Hatcher; and her grandson Jonathan Crowe. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Walker Shalp, Brenda Dickerson, Vickie Crowe and Rick Crowe; her brother Jimmy Hatcher; and her grandchildren, Brent Walker, Jacob Shalp, Bobby Shalp, Stephanie Morris, Shanda Vaugh, Allen Dickerson, Henry Dickerson, Julie Ingle and Tristan Crowe. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
