It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Cleoria Watkins of Lincolnton, North Carolina, who passed away on May 11, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Mary Cleoria departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Mary Cleoria. Though Mary Cleoria may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sister Florence; her husband James Watkins; and her children, Michael Anthony Watkins, Patricia Ann Watkins Wynn, Myra Edwina Watkins and Avis Athena Watkins. She was also cherished by son-in-law, nieces and nephews, cousins.
