With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marvin Lee Leatherman (Lincolnton, North Carolina), who passed away on September 29, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Leatherman and Georgia Heavner Leatherman; his wife Mary Carolyn Sain Leatherman; his son Joel Lee Leatherman; and his siblings, Floyd Leatherman, Junior Leatherman, Lottie Johnson, Betty Dills and Edith Sigmon.
He is survived by: his son John N. Leatherman (Carley) of Lincolnton; his grandchildren, Anna Collins (Dan) of Morganton, Elly Leatherman (Hayden Thomas) of Lincolnton and Eli Leatherman of Lincolnton; and his sister Rachel Parlier of Maiden.
