She is survived by: her children, Christopher Alvarez of Maiden, Cindy Curtis (Tracy) of Old Fort and Carla Alvarez of Lincolnton; her grandchildren, Nicholas Curtis, Michael Alvarez, Alexa Ikerd and Tori Alvarez; her great grandchildren, Skylar Broome, Nathyn Burroughs and Gracie Alvarez; her sisters, Peggy Wyatt of Marion and Patsy McKinney of Swannanoa; the father of her children Anthony Alvarez, Jr.; and also Dwayne Turner.
