She was predeceased by: her father Robert Carl Leonard; her former husband Raymond Scott Wehunt, Jr.; her son Robert Leonard Wehunt; her husband William Hoyle Sain, Sr.; her siblings, Richard Carl Leonard and Louise Isabelle Leonard Cline; and her niece Doris Cline Yoder.
She is survived by: her nieces, Susan McConnell and Ann Clark; her stepchildren, William H. "Buddy" Sain, Jr. (Judy) of Lincolnton and Linda Jo Saine; and her caregivers, Gwen Thompson, Tilly Willis, Shirley Diamond, Maranda Ikard, Franna Cline and Fran Johnson.
