With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Starlene Frye Murphy (Lincolnton, North Carolina), born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on June 2, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Harvey Willard; and her brother Herbert Frye. She is survived by: her children, Cindi Williams (Gary Alkins) of Jacksonville, NC, Kelly Loungo (Joe) of Vale, Donna Green of Lincolnton and Sean Murphy (Joy) of Newton; her grandchildren, Blake, Caitlin, Zachary Alkins, Jacob Bush, Logan, Josh Green and Emilie Murphy; her great grandchild Alexis Green; and her siblings, Ann Gentry, Sandy Medley, Vickie McConnell, Carol Frye, Lisa Sherbert, Debbie Johnson, Harvey Frye, Randy Frye and David Frye.
