He is survived by: his children, Charles Owensby (Tina), Lois Tolley, Pam Carson (Randy), Melody Wellmon (Jesse) and Kimberly Smeltzer; his grandchildren, Chasity, Danielle, Jeremiah, Justin, Courtney, Tasha, Joe, Ashley, Brian, Gena, Brandon, Bryan and Christina; and his great grandchildren, Kayla, Hayden, Mia, Wyatt, Lainey, Savannah, Thomas, Madison, Emily, Naomi, Camryn and Peyton.
