He is survived by: his mother Carol Luce Kelley Loyer of Oregon; his wife Deborah Josephine Cabral Kelley; his sons, Larry Michael Kelley (Michele) of Catawba and Eric Michael Kelley (Greta) of Maiden, NC; his siblings, Steven Kelley of Washington State, Jerry Loyer of Oregon, Paul Kelley of California and Colleen Jansen of Canada; and his grandchildren, Austin Kelley, Elliott Kelley, Addison Kelley, Archor Kelley and Armor Kelley.
