It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Lee Groves (Lincolnton, North Carolina), born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on October 23, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cliff Groves and Gertrude Lunsford Groves; and his siblings, Mary Cape (Frank), William Groves, Beverly Cook and Marie Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Melisa Reep Groves; his children, Joey Groves of Wake Forest and Tonda Ware of Clover, SC; his grandchildren, Matthew, Alex and Cameron Ware; his great grandchildren, Matthew and Maverick Ware; and his siblings, Charles Groves of Bessemer City and Frances Scott (Larry) of Kings Mountain.
