He is survived by: his mother Hazelene Jenkins Goins of Lincolnton; his children, Wesley Goins (Chelsea) of Lincolnton, Christopher Goins (Jessica Atkinson) of Lincolnton and Kendra Goins (Brandon Allen); his siblings, Johnny Lee Goins of Lincolnton, Diane Webb of Lincolnton, Vickie Reynolds of Lincolnton and Debra Chapman of Lincolnton; and his grandchildren, Chase Goins, Lilly Goins, Kiera Goins and Evelyn Goins.
