Myers, FL; his daughter-in-law Robin Davis; his grandchildren, Amanda Allen (James), Kayleigh Kowaleski, Johnathan Forbes, Raven Forbes and Destiny Kowaleski; and his great grandchildren, Jaylen Lee Kerry, Kenai Isaiah Breeze, Abel Odin Reign and Henry Allen.
