It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Canipe of Lincolnton, North Carolina, born in Cleveland, North Carolina, who passed away on February 9, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Canipe and Jean Canipe Anderson; and her brothers, Joe Canipe and Robert Terry Canipe. She is survived by: her niece Tiffney Canipe Murphy (Gene); her great-niece Caroline Murphy; her nephew Jason Canipe (Melinda); her great-nephew Davin Canipe; her sister-in-law Sylvia Canipe; her stepmother Anne Marie Canipe; and her stepbrother Terry Lee Canipe.
