With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John William Arnett (Lincolnton, North Carolina), born in Fern Creek, Kentucky, who passed away on May 4, 2023 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John William Arnett to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his father Harold Edward Arnett; and his sisters, Lela Poitress and Patricia Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mays Arnett; his children, John Arnett, Jr. (Aurica) of Mooresville, Jeremy Arnett (Angel) of Ellenboro and Lisa Laws of Denver; and his siblings, Dwainn Arnett, Harold Arnett and Edwina Mullins. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, or the Wounded Warrior Project.
