He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Susavage and Mary Margaret Christock Susavage; and his son Scott Susavage. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Werner Susavage; his children, John C. Sususavage, Christopher Susavage and Jeannette Taylor; and his grandchildren, Seth, Brice, Emily, Hannah and Elizabeth. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
