He was predeceased by: his parents, John Adam and Christine Cora Hallman Neal; and his brother Wesley Neal. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Beam Neal; his children, Lisa Kay Lane, John Adam Neal III, Becky Ann Wright (Lewis) and Charles Odell Neal (Lori Fowler); his siblings, Roy Neal (Ann) and Reba Elmore (Jerry); his sister-in-law Mary Frances Neal; and his grandchildren, Crystal, Dusty, Nikki, April, John "Adam" IV, Michelle, Shaina, Sarah, Thomas, Isabella and Sophie. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
