He was predeceased by: his parents, John Levantino and Rose Targia Levantino; and his wife Antonette Mandanici Levantino. He is survived by: his children, John G. Levantino (Kirsten) of Lincolnton and Karen Levantino of Indian Land; and his grandchildren, Brianna, Krystal, Dakota, John and Nicholas Levantino.
