He was predeceased by: his wife Cecile Jackowski. He is survived by: his son John F. Jackowski, Jr. (Elizabeth); and his grandchildren, Allison (Ken Thorsen), John (Melissa Jackowski) and Katherine (James McElmurray). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
