She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Dellinger and Florence Houser Dellinger; and her husband Charles Lee Stevens. She is survived by: her sons, John Harrill and Charles "Allen" Stevens (Jane) of Vale; her grandchildren, Amanda Bartlett (Chad) of Gastonia and Jeffrey Lee Stevens (Emily) of Iron Station; and her great grandchildren, Joseph Lee Stevens, Hunter Lee Stevens, Jacob Bane Bartlett, Ella Rose Bartlett and Madison Marie Bartlett.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Lincoln County, 900 Dontia Drive, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
