It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Tignor Cloninger of Lincolnton, North Carolina, born in Kings Mountain, North Carolina, who passed away on May 21, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Denver Tignor and Kathleen Keever Tignor; her husband Kenneth Cloninger; her brother Dee Tignor; her children, Scott Cloninger (Stephanie) and Tammy Cloninger (Rob); her grandchildren, Candace Cloninger (Casey), Lauren Brewer (Demery), Kalee Cloninger and Karson Cloninger; her great grandchildren, Millie, Max Jones and Kendon Brewer; her brother Paul Tignor (Nancy); and her sister-in-law Brenda Tignor. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
