He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Sidney Heavner and Daisy Jenkins Heavner; and his daughter Debra Hull. He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Allen Heavner; and his daughters, Rebecca Lineberger and Lycia Conley (Bart). He is also survived by five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
