It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Blalock Elmore of Lincolnton, North Carolina, who passed away on March 5, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Berlie Wilkinson Blalock (Beth) and Walter Wade Blalock; and her siblings, Calvin Blalock and Brenda Deal (Ted Elmore). She is survived by: her partner Terry Carpenter; her daughters, Elaina Phillips (Doug) and Tabitha Elmore (Bart Cranford); her grandchildren, Lucy and William Burke; her brothers, Gerald and Johnny Blalock; and her sister-in-law Gaye. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
