With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Steve Sigmon (Lincolnton, North Carolina), who passed away on June 11, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father James Blaine; his wife Pauline Dula Sigmon; and his siblings, Wyle Sigmon, Fred Sigmon, Betsy Morrison and Frances Lingerfelt.

He is survived by: his stepchildren, Kyle Smith of Newport News, VA and Teresa Zuraw.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
