It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Kenneth Ramsey of Lincolnton, North Carolina, born in Cleveland, North Carolina, who passed away on May 17, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Clarence and Ellen Susan Young Ramsey; and his sister Sue Ellen Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Ann" Ramsey; his daughters, Jennifer Ramsey (Dan Shaver), Emily Ramsey (Kirk Sippel) and Lara Ramsey; his grandchildren, George Sippel and Maxine Sippel; and his brother Larry Ramsey (Shirley).
