He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Clarence and Ellen Susan Young Ramsey; and his sister Sue Ellen Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Ann" Ramsey; his daughters, Jennifer Ramsey (Dan Shaver), Emily Ramsey (Kirk Sippel) and Lara Ramsey; his grandchildren, George Sippel and Maxine Sippel; and his brother Larry Ramsey (Shirley).
