She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Fletcher and Novella Speagle Harkey; her husband William H. Scronce; and her grandson Kendall Sigmon. She is survived by: her children, Melody S. Sigmon (Keith) of Lincolnton, NC and Ronald Scronce of Lincolnton, NC; her sister Geneva Hoffman of Lincolnton, NC; and her grandchildren, Karla Barber (Steele), Connor Sellers (Tray), Branon Scronce, Ashton Scronce and Chase Scronce (Bobbie Jo). She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
