We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2021, at the age of 92, Ida Mae Phillips in Lincolnton, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert High and Lula High; her husband Judge Ralph Phillips; and her siblings, Rev. Samuel High, Rev. Clyde High, Judson High, Rev. Charles High, Rev. Fred High, Rachel Kiser, Inez Harris and Elizabeth Baucom.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Phillips (Sherry), Jim Phillips (Kay), David Phillips (Paula), Judy Greene and Becky Barnes (Terry); and her siblings, Paul High (Pat), Frances Cauthen and Shirley Caldwell. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
