We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2021, at the age of 62, Horace Alonzo Church Jr. of Lincolnton, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Horace Alonzo Church Jr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Alonzo Church, Sr. and Clara Jane Rhodes Causby. He is survived by: his wife Karen Lynn Reeves Church; and his children, Jason Church (Katie) of Lincolnton, Joshua Church of Lincolnton, Sara Lewis of Iron Station, April Arnold (Matthew) of Georgia and Billy Lewis (Amanda) of Georgia. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1901 Brunswick Avenue, Suite 100, Charlotte, NC 28207.
