He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Scronce and Annie Beaver Scronce; and his sister Mary Sue Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Nellie Elmore Scronce; his siblings, Ruby Pendleton, Hazel Warlick (Jack) of Lincolnton and Dean Scronce (Betty) of Crouse; and his great grandchild Avery.
