He is survived by: his stepfather Johnny Combs; his wife Katheryn "Kay" Lea Reichle Turner; his children, Jeff Alan Turner (MaryBeth) of Danville, CA, Gary Joseph Turner of Las Vegas, NV, Dwight Harold Turner (Nathalie) of Boone, NC and Debbie Lynn Lurie (Michael) of Pleasanton, CA; his siblings, Sue Smith (Don) of Charleston, WV, Stephanie Boyce of Saint Albans, WV, Steve Turner (Michelle) of Parkersburg, WV, Matt Turner (Monica) of Dunbar, WV and Joe Turner (Kellie) of Shallotte, NC; and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Megan, Matt, Alison, Stephanie and Magali. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
