She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Stone and Marjorie Hall Stone. She is survived by: her husband Thomas D. Barton, Sr.; her children, Thomas D. Barton, Jr. (Janice) of Iron Station, NC, Tim Barton (Vicki) of Franklinton, NC and Donna B. Carsey (Chris) of Lincolnton, NC; and her grandchildren, Jamie Stewart (Charlie), Daniel Hinson (Heather), Timothy Barton, Jr. (Caryann), Allison B. Rogers (Donovan), Thomas D. Barton, III (Kathryn), Rachel H. Parish (Mark) and Sallie B. McAlister (Chris). She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
