He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lee Seagle; his sons, Robin Seagle of Lincolnton, Jeremy Seagle (Sabrina) of Lincolnton, Jason Ellis (Crystal), Jonathan Ellis (Julie) and Derek Seagle (Chelsea); his grandchildren, Matthew, Madison Smith, Geneva Seagle, Briana Nicholas, Liam Carter, Wyatt, Gracie Ellis and Sutton Seagle; and his sisters, Susie (Tony Houser) and Judy (Perry Faulkner).
