It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary Benny McConnell of Lincolnton, North Carolina, who passed away on July 23, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Douglas and Ollie Wise McConnell; and his brothers, Douglas McConnell and Tony McConnell. He is survived by: his wife Susan Cline McConnell; his sons, Jason McConnell of Charlotte and Adam McConnell (Lisa) of Matthews; and his grandchildren, Hayward Cline McConnell, Ewan James McConnell, Lila Jane McConnell, Ayden Danielle McConnell and Emery Ryan McConnell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
