He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Willard Lemmons; his children, Michael Tscheiller, Charlotte Frankum and Elizabeth Lemmons; and his siblings, Robert Lemmons, Aliene Green and Teresa Crowder. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
