He was predeceased by: his father William Clifford Green; his wife Dollie Hyatt Green; and his siblings, J. T., Pete and Jane.
He is survived by: his children, David Hyatt (Robin) of Swannanoa, NC, Keith Black (Janet) of Asheville, NC and Eugenia White of Lincolnton; and his siblings, John M. Green of Waynesville, Betty Ann Nantz of Lincolnton, Frances Hyde of Waynesville, Sue Ellen Green of North Carolina and Nancy Brockman of Illinois. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
