She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Hill and Emma Ross Hill; her husband William Pete Foster; and her children, Emma Lumford, William Foster, Jr. and Bernice Ross (James) of Dallas, NC.
She is survived by: her children, Walter Foster, Barbara of Mt. Holly, NC, Leroy Foster (Mary) of Clermont, FL, Marvin Foster (Rita) of San Diego, CA, Dennis Foster (Paola) of Rockville, MD, Bessie Bronson (Harold) of Oceanside, CA and John Foster (Edna) of Midland, GA; and her sisters, Mary Alice Jones of Silver Spring, MD and Frances McKee Huff of Temple Hill, MD. She is also survived by grand children, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
The body may be viewed at Ebony & White's Funeral Service on Thursday from 5:00 p. m. to 7:00 p. m. Due to COVID-19 everyone is asked to wear masks.
