It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Essie Carolyn Sigmon Kiser (Lincolnton, North Carolina), who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James William Sigmon and Molly Elizabeth Clark Sigmon; her husband William H. Kiser; and her siblings, James Sigmon, Bud Sigmon (Calvin), Lester Sigmon, Pete Sigmon, Charlsie Hull, Mae Leonhardt, Edna Figleaf, Mozelle Scronce, Sue Winn and Catherine Boulerice.
She is survived by: her children, Terry William Kiser (Carol) of Lincolnton, Sharon K. Willis Meachel K. (Shelly) of Lincolnton and Starnes (Tim) of Lincolnton; her sister Patsy Boyles of Lincolnton; her sister-in-law Martha Sigmon of Lincolnton; her grandchildren, Terry W. Kiser, Jr., Anna R. Kiser, Corie Hester Bryant, Dana Rochelle Trinidad and Larry Shane Willis; her great grandchildren, Madison Sawyer, Amanda Allen, Jennica Measha Gomes, Sierra Miranda Gomez, Destiny Self and Caydon Self; and her great great grandchildren, Rolland Ramarez and Meadow Gomez. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
