She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Langston and Edna Langston; and her brother William Lewis Langston. She is survived by: her husband Gary M. Garlow; her sons, Christopher (Wendi), Robert (Jennifer) and Scott (Tamara); and her grandchildren, Jordan Jeffries (JJ), Kristyn Armstrong (Kyle), Zachary Garlow, Austin Garlow, Taylor and Kennedy (Andrew). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Denver United Methodist Church (3910 North, NC-16, Denver, NC 28037).
