He was predeceased by: his father Ernest Wilson Lawing. He is survived by: his close friend Evelyn Ann Laws; and his cousins, Sam Goodson, Gerald Goodson, Jimmy Keever, Brenda Goodson Sigmon and Betty Sue Garmon.
